New science for a new syllabus

This update brings modern science to the classroom, connecting real-world data, ethics, and technology with core outcomes.
Highlights include:
- Big Data and Genetics: lessons exploring data science and the ethics of gene editing.
- Evolution and Pseudoscience: activities that help students identify false claims and data manipulation.
- Nuclear Reactions: a new chapter featuring simulations and AI-enhanced videos.
The Stile library for the new New South Wales syllabus is the most up-to-date and engaging science program for NSW secondary schools.
Depth Studies Built In

Depth Studies are built into Stile’s design.
By following the full scope and sequence, students complete well over the required five hours per year through authentic scientific inquiry, such as:
- Saving the bees in Classification and Biodiversity
- Exploring antibiotic resistance in Evolution
- Investigating electromagnetism and transport
- Analysing plant growth in Plants on the Moon
Teachers can deliver the Depth Study requirements simply by teaching the scope and sequence as suggested.
Coming Soon: First Nations Lessons
Three new lessons highlighting First Nations' Histories and Cultures are in development for release in 2026.
